Thank you for your feedback. All of our models are intentionally light weight but will hold up to 40lbs and will not buckle at that weight. Your table comes with a 1-year manufactures warranty. If anything happens to the structure of your table with a year please let us know!

Happy five-year old

Millie loves the little table. Now that she's stuck doing her schoolwork virtually she is happy to have a table just for her that holds her little computer. The capability to adjust the height vertically was the selling point for us, and it fits right over her lap when she sits on the couch.

Only reason you don't get five stars (!) is because it is a little wobbly/tippy as it has no horizontal brace between the two legs. How about a flat slat that fits across and screws into the lower section of each leg about 5" above the floor? Time to think about a little re-engineering....

Thank you for your feedback. The inventor of Table Mate is already thinking about this. Your idea is great but when you go to slide the table away from you, if you are not paying attention, that brace on the floor between the legs can catch on your feet and cause a jolt to the table which may spill whatever is on the table top. Further, when you try to fold the table up into a portable storage position, you must use a screwdriver to remove the brace. He doesn't want customers to have to do this. There should be a newer and improved Table Mate to come hopefully 2021. Stay tuned.
